The Dirty Dirty: Birdman Involved In A Rape Case

Birdman is being sued by a woman who claims he should be held partially responsible after one of his employees raped her. Nicole Westmoreland claims she was invited to talk business, but was allegedly followed into the bathroom and raped by Alfred Cleveland, who was an employee of Cash Money records at the time. Nicole also claims that she was offered $100,000 in “hush money” and was threatened when she said she wouldn’t take the payoff!

Dirty Dirty Arrest Report
Just about everyone was arrested over the weekend, or at least it seems like it! Flavor Flav‘s 19-year-old daughter, Dazayna, was arrested over the weekend after allegedly swapping it out with her step brother. Word is that she also whooped up on Flav while he was trying to break up the fight! She was arrested for misdemeanor battery.

Apparently, it was a busy weekend because Cleveland rapper Machine Gun Kelly was arrested in Florida, Sunday, after his show in St. Petersburg and charged with disorderly conduct! He jumped on Twitter after the incident, tweeting, “Just spent my entire night in [a] Florida jail. [Stuff] escalated way too [quickly] last night.” He was released after posting $100 bond.

And not one to be outdone, Cory Gunz was arrested over the weekend after getting caught with a gun in his backpack. Word is he was walking around with a group of kids in the Bronx, when cops searched him after receiving a warning to “look out.” His dad, rapper Peter Gunz spoke out about the incident, saying “This is Cory’s first offense. [But] they like to make an example out of rappers and people with any kind of celebrity to them.”

The Grey, topped the weekend box office with $20 million in receipts. Underworld Awakening dropped from first to second with $12.5 million and One for the Money, opened in third with $11.8 million. Red Tails fell from second to fourth with $10.4 million.
